Arnold J. “A.J.” Olsen is a founding member of the Hennighausen Olsen & McCrea law firm with an office in Roswell, NM. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming in 1980, an MBA from the University of Wyoming in 1981 and his JD from the University of Tulsa in 1983.
He is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the State Bar of New Mexico. He has been an active litigator for 40 years. He and his firm have served as general counsel for the Pecos Valley Artesian Conservancy District for over 35 years and as corporate and special counsel to municipalities, counties, and corporations during his career.
