Fred Hennighausen, 1924-2017
Mr. Hennighausen, more often known as Mr. H, founded the firm with A.J. Olsen in 1985. After serving his country during World War II, Mr. H earned a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
Mr. H worked for the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer for many years in Roswell, NM. He retired as District II Supervisor and decided to start a second career as a water lawyer. After graduating from the University of Tulsa, Mr. H returned to Roswell in 1983. Without him, our firm would not be the leader in the Pecos River’s water law and the Roswell Artesian Basin we are today.
